Package Shipment

Shipping costs include handling and packaging expenses. We advise you to group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied individually to each one.

We package with great care in the simplest way possible to offer you free shipping for orders over €22 (Spain Peninsula). 99.9% of packages are delivered without issues. However, if you find any broken or defective items, please contact us through the contact form.

Delivery Times

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received, using Correos Express with a tracking number. If you have included any items in your order that specify a different delivery time, the entire order will be delivered within that timeframe. Shipping Costs

Returns

Once you have received your order, you have 15 natural days to return any products you wish, provided they have not been used.

Returns using the home collection method will incur a cost of €4.00 for the Peninsula and €6.99 for the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To initiate the return process, please send us an email to: comtacto@bordarytricotar.com with your name, last name, and order number, and we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

The refund will be processed in the same payment method used for the purchase, and it will take a maximum of 5 business days from the moment we receive the returned items.
